Online Banking Instructions

Setting up online billing is quick and convenient. Just follow these instructions. If you need help any anytime please do not hesitate to contact us. 

 Within your online banking account (or through your local branch), select Add Payee: SSi Micro Ltd.

When applying payment,you'll need to reference your Account Username or Account Number. That way we know exactly who to apply the payment to after confirmation reaches us.

Remember that confirmation can take up to 4-5 days to reach us, so try to time it based on your Anniversary Date (i.e. if your Anniversary Date is on the 15^th of the month, you will want to submit payment on the 10^th to ensure that it reaches us on time).

Your account information (Username, Account Number) was provided in a print-off upon sign-up. If you're missing this information, please give SSi's Customer Care Centre a call (867-669-7500) and we'll be happy to assist you.
